MEN AND GRIEF

Society makes it difficult for men to feel OK feeling vulnerable and sad. Rather than turning to friends and family for support, they often shy away from sharing their feelings as they think others won’t understand. There is a better way. This video allows men to hear from other men who can help them manage and process their emotions in a healthy way – all while supporting other family members who may be grieving differently.
